11/4/2011 - Evening Meal
This tiny little establishment is loaded with lots of authentic Mexican flavor.  Owned by the family that brought you La Hacienda years ago, the tradition of the best enchiladas in North Iowa continues.  We ordered chips, hot sauce  and beans to start things off and the chips were freshly made, still hot and perfect for dipping into the beans and the signature hot sauce.  The little girl behind the counter has to have had one of the best attitudes I have ever experienced in customer service.  Always a smile on her face and continually asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything else.

Choices of fountain soft drinks or bottled pop and beer rounds out the meal nicely.  A very quaint place, not a lot of seating but some of the best mexican food I have had anywhere.  Price was very reasonable, food was hot and service was quick.

10/18/2011 - Evening Meal.

A very nice place.  The food was hot, service was fast and friendly.  Atmosphere was very inviting and soothing.  Family had the Mei Fun noodles, Chicken Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef.  All dishes were very well done, hot and delicious.  The Mongolian Beef was mildly spicy and included the nice touch of beansprouts in addition to the traditional ingredients. Fried Rice was loaded with chicken and all the right stuff.  The Mei Fun was perfect. We ordered the Fried dumplings as an appetizer.  The sauce they come with was a nice addition to the dish.  Price was very reasonable.  Would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality, affordability and a wonderful atmosphere.  Great place to take your family.
